Listening Bar, Space Talk Ltd.

We are excited to present the successful completion of the Listening Bar in London, a unique venue designed for music enthusiasts seeking an immersive audio experience. Completed in 2024, this project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and fit-out of an existing commercial unit, thoughtfully transformed to create a sophisticated, acoustically refined environment.

Project Highlights:

• Acoustic Enhancements: The space was reconfigured to optimize sound quality, with acoustic treatments applied to walls, ceilings, and floors. Custom-built soundproof partitions and strategically placed insulation ensure an unparalleled listening experience.
• Interior Redesign: Internal partitions were constructed to define distinct zones, including a listening area, bar, and lounge. The space was complemented by bespoke furniture and fittings that balance comfort with style, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Upgraded Building Services: We executed a full upgrade of HVAC systems to maintain optimal temperature and air quality. The electrical infrastructure was fully modernized with a comprehensive M&E second-fix package, including specialized audio-visual wiring, mood lighting, CCTV, fire alarms, and IT systems.
• Bespoke Joinery & Finishes: All bespoke joinery, including the bar counter, shelving, and decorative wooden features, was designed and handcrafted by our in-house workshop, Cherrywood Joinery. Elegant metalwork in matte black and brushed brass provides a refined finishing touch.
• Signature Audio Feature: The focal point of the venue is a custom-designed, state-of-the-art sound system, complemented by a bespoke DJ booth and vinyl display wall, offering an immersive and dynamic listening experience.

The completed Listening Bar in London showcases our commitment to creating distinctive, high-quality spaces that cater to unique experiences, blending craftsmanship, design innovation, and technical expertise.
